So happy to be invited by Singleton to the Singleton Socials! We were also given a tasting session of the Singleton 12 year old, 15 year old and 18 year old whiskies.
Our tasting session was guided by Rian Asiddao, Philippines Diageo Brand Ambassador:
Here are my thoughts on the whiskies:
- The 12 Year Old Singleton tasted sweet, fruity and mellow.
- The 15 Year Old Singleton was a bit sharper for me, with berry flavors.
- The 18 Year Old Singleton was my favorite because it was very smooth and well-rounded.
Dufftown is a matured combination of European and American oak casks that resonates a well-balanced fruity and sweet nutty notes. It is a collection of fruit, vanilla, and honey flavors composed in oak wood.
